Launching RNApasta

For security reasons, the webstart version is not allowed to have disk access, so Save and Load features were disabled.  However, you can paste the 'Stockholm' or 'pasta' files to the input section to obtain the structure statistics.  
*Note* The webstart version does not have the phylogenetic features.
